September 28, 2022 Planning Commission Meeting

The Town of Fairfax Planning Commission held a meeting on September 28, 2022 as a continuation of the August 31, 2022 Working Session [Graphic Presentation of Zoning in relation to ODDS (Objective Design and Development Standards) and identified Housing Sites].

September 13, 2022 NOP Scoping Meeting

The Town of Fairfax held a CEQA Environmental Impact Report (EIR) Notice of Preparation (NOP) Scoping Meeting on September 13, 2022. The 30-day review period for the NOP is August 26, 2022 to September 25, 2022. The NOP includes a project description with maps and tables of sites and a project environmental Initial study.

September 10, 2022 Community Workshop
The Town of Fairfax held a Community Workshop on September 10, 2022 to engage with the community and better understand how to respond to those wanting to live in Fairfax and to the housing needs of tenants, especially those at risk of displacement. Please find all meeting materials linked below.
